Dr. Dre Tops Forbes’ Highest Paid Musicians List

He hasn’t dropped an album in over 13 years. But that hasn’t stopped Dr. Dre from being named no. 1 on Forbes’ highest paid musician list.

The West Coast hip-hop icon and celebrated producer lead Forbes’ World’s 25 Highest-Paid Musicians with an estimated take of $ 110 million dating back from May 2011 to May 2012. The impressive haul helped the Good Doctor beat out such heavyweights as Britney Spears ($ 58 million), Taylor Swift ($ 57 million), Justin Bieber ($ 55 million), Rihanna ($ 53 million), and Jay-Z ($ 38 million).
