Yes, once again the British belter’s 21 album tops the Billboard 200 chart, according to figures provided by Nielsen SoundScan, the 16th (non-consecutive) week it sits at #1. The mark ties it with the soundtrack to the 1997 blockbuster “Titanic,” which was buoyed by Dion’s massive “My Heart Will Go On.”
