Lead by Lin-Manuel Miranda, many artists came together as a part of The Hamilton Mixtape, in support of the highly-successful Hamilton musical. Alicia Keys, Miguel, Wiz Khalifa, Busta Rhymes, Joell Ortiz and more all contributed to the project, which released in late 2016. Miranda now brings his “Wrote My Way Out” collaboration to life, as Nas, Dave East and Aloe Blacc join him in the black-and-white visual. Shot in New York City, watch the video for the inspirational track below.

Pharrell and N.E.R.D. will headline the halftime show at the 2018 NBA All-Star game next month. The NBA announced on Thursday (Jan. 18) that the 11-time Grammy winner and his group will perform a medley of past hits, plus new songs off their latest album NO ONE EVER REALLY DIES. Back in 2014, Pharrell performed at the 2014 NBA All-Star game in New Orleans with guests N.E.R.D, Nelly, Diddy and Busta Rhymes.

Dr. Dre and Public Enemy are the latest hip-hop legends to be inducted into the GRAMMY Hall of Fame. Thanks to The Chronic and “Fight the Power,” respectively, Dre and P.E. are among the latest crop of iconic acts being added to the Hall of Fame, which “honor[s] recordings of lasting qualitative or historical significance that are at least 25 years old.” Nirvana, Jimi Hendrix, Whitney Houston, The Rolling Stone and David Bowie are also among this year’s inductees.
