It’s the Motor City’s Eastside that claims home to DeJ. Here’s the DMX cameo from Chris Rock’s new film, Top Five, in which Rock plays a fictional version of himself: a successful comedian from Brooklyn. In the clip, Rock’s character finds himself in a holding cell for some reason and ends up bumping into the perpetually imprisoned X, who commends him for not letting the industry put him in a box and expresses his desire to explore other forms of expression outside of Rap. Mild spoilers, obviously.
